1. Partner with new influencers

With the changes in social media algorithms, follower counts mean almost nothing 😳

Instead of paying ~$2500+ to a large influencer, you could pay ~$250 to someone who is just starting out but getting pushed by the algo

Tips:
- Go to the hashtags your audience watches and see which accounts have been getting views

- If a new-ish account has multiple videos with 100k+ views, it's GOLD

- Negotiate a price they're happy with, then see if you can get a discount for a bundle deal

- Be nice 😊

2. Borrow someone's face 😳

What would happen if BTS made a new TikTok account and started posting?

All videos on the new account would go viral because the algo would push the videos back to their fans

For us, it was MengMengDuck 🦆

He already had a student audience, so we paid him to post videos on our new Jenni AI account ✍️

Creators are usually very open to this idea because then their main page doesn't get diluted with ads 🤠

We got 7 million+ impressions in the first month 😵‍💫

Our Jenni AI videos were being pushed to MengMengDuck's original audience ⚡️

Tips:
- Repost vids on all platforms (Reels, TikTok, YT Shorts)

- Post 1+ videos per day

- Initially, post vids similar to what the influencer posts on their main account

- We paid $4000/mo for MMD who had 500k followers, but you can get someone cheaper for similar results!

3. Explore and then exploit 💥

Experiment with a wide array of video types, but once you find a video that does well for your account, your goal should be to somehow turn that video into a series 🎥

Continually repost the same video with slight twists to maximize views 👀

Our video series "POV: You have an essay due" has probably generated 40 million+ views overall 🎉

It was essentially the same video over and over, multiple times a week, yet they consistently went viral

4. Multiply your accounts 👶

If you have a video series that continually goes viral, you can post it on multiple accounts and reap the benefits again

Currently, we have about 5 different Jenni AI accounts all posting similar content 🤯

Here's one of our accounts with 48 followers that remakes videos that do well on the main account 😊

In some cases, the account with 48 followers gets MORE views than our main account with 55k followers...even when posting identical videos 🤯

5. Have a sticky product ❤️

The unsexiest yet most important step...have a great product 🦾

- Easier for your vids to go viral
- Once vid goes viral, higher conversion rates
- Creators organically create content about your product (for free)

Without a sticky product, users flowing through your conversion funnel won’t stick around. Any spark (like going viral on TikTok) won’t lead to a long-lasting flame 🔥
